All downloadable books will be deliveried immediately and available for download after you complete Checkout.
Refund and Returns Policies
- Returns are accepted ONLY to new and unopened packages sold and fulfilled by AudioStoriesClick.com within 14 days of the delivery. Returns can be mailed to:

- A refund will be issued within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In most cases, you will recieve a refund more quickly.
- All downloadable products can not be returned.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
General Sales Tax Information
In accordance with applicable law in Washington State, AudioStoriesClick.com collects sales tax only on shipments and deliveries within Washington State. Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order including gift-wrap fees (where applicable) and is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates. There is no sales tax change for deliveries outside Washington State.
